Through the internal exercise and internal breath of meditation and chi kung for mind, body and therapies with Mantak Chia a cumulate for more than 45 years a very workable system of throughout the world east and west. The main purpose and soul is to wealth our friends and dint to accept temporality for their health and well being. The Tao Garden Health & Wellness Center, about thirty minutes outside of Chiang Mai, Thailand, is an internationally renowned Healing Resort where an individual or groups can go and experience a wide variety of holistic healing methodologies. It was founded by Taoist meditation and Qi Gong Master Mantak Chia, who has over forty years of experience in healing, meditation and martial arts.
Tao Garden is designed to accommodate 200 guests. All rooms are equipped with overhead fans and air-conditionning is available on request. Accommodation can be single or twin.

As a guest, you are most welcome to visit our organic gardens and ensure for yourself our sincere effort into bringing you the best of freshness and the best of quality together for the purpose of delighting your senses at every meal. The variety of dishes and products is well balanced and caters for the demanding needs of our multicultural health clientele. We adopt a neutral stance as to the style of nutrition you prefer and desire you to be comfortable within your range of products. However, out of our own experience, research, and based on the thousands of years of Chinese and Taoist experience into the art of nutrition; we will supply on a daily basis with some unconventional items and will be ready for advising you.
