The Lafs : The Lafs is our main restaurant, and serves international flavors during breakfast and lunch time, and features several famous Northern dishes that will be presented to our guests in international fashions. Breakfast: The LAFS serves morning buffet of wide variety of choices, Thai and Western. Serving time is from 6:00 am to 10:00 am.
Lunch : The LAFS offers a wide variety of international dishes in buffet style that includes Thai, western, and Chinese dishes. A La carte dishes are also available for your pleasure and enjoyment. Serving Time is from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Dinner : The LAFS is proud to offer northern cuisines, long famous cuisines for richness in ingredients and tastes, which will be presented in entirely new fashions. All dishes are exquisitely prepared for your memorable dinning experience. Serving Time is from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
Wonder Bar : Lobby Bar offers snacks and a wide range of drinks such as fresh juices, coffee, cocktails, beer, wine, and liquor. The Wonder Bar is a cozy spot to have a good time with companies. It is located on the lobby level. Serving time is from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.

Remark :The Mantrini Boutique Resort will undergo further development and renovation in certain areas which include hotel entrance, lobby, Wonder Bar, guest rooms, and other support facilities. Renovation schedule will take place starting May 1, 2012 until June 30, 2012. Due to the above, the resort will temporarily close the resort during the renovation phase.

:: Doi Mae Salong
Doi Mae Salong is the site of Santi Khiri village, a community settled by the former Chinese 93rd Division who moved from Myanmar to reside on Thai territory in 1961. The village became well known for its enchanting scenery and tranquil atmosphere. Today it is a major tourist attraction with its small-town ambience, delicious native Chinese dishes, small hotels and guesthouses catering to visitors and tea, coffee and fruit tree plantations. The scenery is especially picturesque in December and January when sakuras are in full bloom. Scattered with many hill tribe villages, Doi Mae Salong is ideal for trekking.
Ku Phra Chao Mengrai
Ku Phra Chao Mengrai This stupa is situated in Wat Ngam Muang on Doi Ngam Muang in the Chiang Rai township area. It is the place where the ashes and relics of King Mengrai are housed.
