Here on the quiet Ao Phrao beach, the most isolated bay of Ko Kut island, there is 900 meters of white powdery sandy beach with shallow water lined with coconut trees.
It is simply the best imaginable place for activities like swimming, sea kayaking, snorkeling, building sand castles or lazing in the sun.
Who are we? We are a small family-owned and family-operated beach bungalow resort. We are owned by our Madame chef (try her Steamed Fish) and her brothers and their families. Much of our staff is family or close friends, so please relax and feel at home. Our house is your house!.
Where are we? We are on the last beach south on Ko Kut, at the farthest point south-west, and we have the longest beach on the island. We are near a Thai clinic, Buddhist temple (Wat Ao Phrao), school, and small local fishing villages. Several nearby trails & footpaths lead in all directions.
When are we open? We are closed on rainy part of monsoon season each year (June to September).

11.00 a.m. Depart from Koh Kood Coral Beach, Laem Sok pier to Ko Kut Island 12.15 a.m. Arrive at Ko Kut Ao Phrao Beach Resort, welcome drinks and room registration.
12:30 p.m. Lunch at Ko Kut Ao Phrao Restaurant. 14:00 p.m. Visit to Klong Chao waterfall (The famous waterfall in Ko Kut which King Rama VI visited) 16:00 p.m. Return to resort, Appetizers are served and then you have free time to swimming or walking along the beach for seeing fisherman village. 19:00 p.m. Dinner at Ko Kut Ao Phrao Beach Resort Restaurant.
Second Day
08:00 a.m. Breakfast at Ko Kut Ao Phrao Restaurant served with Thai and International foods. 09:00 a.m. Go to see the greatest coral reef at Rang island. 12:00 p.m. Lunch at Ko Kut Ao Phrao Restaurant and after that enjoy your free time. 16:00 p.m. Appetizers are served and then you have free time to sun bath and sunset. 19:00 p.m. Dinner at Ko Kut Ao Phrao Beach Resort Restaurant.
Third Day 08:00 a.m. Breakfast at Ko Kut Ao Phrao Restaurant after that enjoy for my resort and prepare for departure to mainland. 09:00 a.m. Departure from Ko Kut Ao Phrao Beach Resort to mainland. 10:15 a.m Arrive to mainland.

:: Getting to Koh Kood
There are boats from Ko Chang to Koh Kood three times a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday). Please ask for the departure times of the ferries from Laem-Ngop Pier to Koh Kood at the pier.
Population on Koh Kood
Most of the island inhabitants live off of the cultivation of coconut, rubber production or fishing. But meanwhile the expanding tourism industry gives more and more work to the less than 2,000 residents.
